2005 Nissan 350Z Base 2dr Coupe Manual

Super Black 2005 Nissan 350Z Coupe -Base Model-. 287hp at 6200rpm.

What I like about this car:
The acceleration after you get out of 1st gear. The constant control kept after willfully getting sideways in 2nd while going around a turn. It doesn't go sideways unless I want it to. The radio has a great sound for stock, and the AC works great as

What I do not like:
I like not having the wasted room from not having back seats, but sometimes it would be nice to take more than one person with me.

Stock 350Z...but for how much longer...   . . . . .
I've had the 350Z for about 9 months and I have only had 1 probllem with it so far which was a dead battery, other than
that it has cranked every time i turn the key. Its no 400 hp exotic so don't expect that type of performance, but what
it has (287 hp stock) it uses well and quickly noticeable. Overall it has a very good quality and so far easy dismantle
and remantle attributes. each piece is put together with a 50/50 method of bolts and snap together parts. The reverse
lights could have used some sort of snap, instead they just kind of slip into place with no mounting parts. The comfort
is very good for normal or spirited driving. The seats are made to keep you in place as you turn which helps in hard
cornering. It can become uncomfortable on long trips, starting around the 3 to 4 hour mark but not totally intolerable.
The ride can become a bit rough on unpaved roads which can be helped with coil-overs or simple drop springs and the
cabin noise is just enough to notice and increases as your speed increases. Awesome styling, great lines, each piece
adds style and serves a purpose. The stock body is great, but since I am into customizing...mine will be getting new
skins but only the front bumper and headlight change will be quickly noticeable to non-car-entusiasts.

Questions & Answers

A: Do I need a specific radiator coolant for my 2002 xterra??

there are a few things you can do here. 1. Ask the dealership where you bought it, or a Nissan dealer which is appropriate 2. Take off the radiator cap and determine the color...and buy the same color. 3. Buy a repair guide, it will tell you the correct coolant in the Coolant and Heating section 4. Ask a mechanic 5. Ask someone from O'Reilly's, AutoZone, etc. in areas with a colder winter climate will have a different coolant than ones in a warmer climate. you could also ask a mechanic which would be best if you want to change from what you currently have.

Q: How do you replace the gage cluster face on a '05 Nissan 350Z? Also, how to change the two smaller g?

Im wanting to change out the stock gages for custom gages but I don't want to risk breaking anything in the process.

Q: What is the stock gage cluster LED??

I am wanting to change the stock amber LED behind the gage cluster and the small dash gages to blue ones. I havn't been able to find a single site that mentions the numbers of the bulbs, not even the Nissan home site. Anyone have an idea of what they are?

Q: In addition to the cluster LED question...?

Is it possible to change the color of the stock stereo color from yellow to blue? Possibly with an LED or film color change, im not sure how they achieve the yellow initially. Any info on what they use or how to change it would be appreciated.
