Since this is a V-10 gas instead of a Turbo-diesel like most folks have, there are some significant ups and downs. Ups include great off-the-line power, no redline, excellent downhill braking power, great looks, lots of room, and you can tow a small house! Really the only downside vs a diesel these days is the price of fuel and mileage. Of course when I bought it back in 2005, gas was 30-50 cents per gal cheaper. I have added a Superchips unit that has upped the mileage a good 15%, plus added some power when you want it, especially for towing. All in all, I would buy the same truck today, and use it the same way.
