Question: how much should it cost to replace low profile tires on a 7

I have a 2008 BMW 750i with sport package. I need to replace the tires with new low profile 19 inch. What should they cost?

I have a 2002 745i with 20" wheels and I needed to have them replaced quickly so I went to Discount Tire and paid around $340 per tire ($337.43 to be exact).

Hope this helps

I purchased all new tires at Costco for $1386. Includes mount and balance warrenty etc...a lot of money for tires but your life is riding on them. I looked into numerous tires and options and reviews before I chose the Michelins. Son bought them for his 745 and liked them, look great. It was a toss-up between the Michelins and the Hankook Ventus. They look awesome too and were less expensive byh about $250 for the set of four.

Michelin Pilot Sport A/S plus Ultra high Performance
19' rims, 2 each 275/40ZR19 and 245/45ZR19

Good luck and good shopping

PS Depenmding on your mileage, you might want to replace front control rod bushings. These wear out quick and cause poor ride, noise in front end and fast wear out of front tires. This is a relatively inexpensive repair, ~$300.

Car Brakes: How Do You Know When to Change Them?

By Zach Bowman For those who suffer a daily commute through heavy traffic, your vehicle's braking system can bring thousands of pounds of metal, plastic and empty Starbucks cups to a stop hundreds of times before you get to work. It goes without saying that these pieces wear out, but they do so slowly, meaning you may not notice they need attention until ...
