Question: High Rev when starting, higher than it used to be

Question: High rev when starting

I live in Miami, it is never a cold morning. 109000 miles. Every time I start my car, the engine revs close to 2000rpm. It used to be when I started my car it would rev at around 1300. When I put into drive and slowly go and stop at the light, it is still reving higher than it normally should. Also, the speed my car goes when my foot is not on the peddle is faster than normal. Only when I reach highway speeds (50mph) and then come to a stop does it rev at its normal rpm of about 750/800 and stays normal until I park my car for a few hours. Sometimes, even after the engine is warmed up, it still revs high until I reach a fast speed. After reaching a fast speed and then coming to a stop, all is good, every single time. Coolant level ok. New sparks plugs. New oil. New air filter. Manual says check ac relay and another relay that I can't think of right now.
